At Teen Money Lab, we want you to feel confident in every digital product you purchase. Because we sell instant-access digital items (ebooks and audiobooks), our refund process is tailored to ensure fairness and protect our content.

🔄 Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

Due to the nature of digital goods—where access is granted immediately after purchase—all sales are final.

However, we do offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for a Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You purchased the same item more than once by accident.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your ebook or audiobook and our support team could not resolve it.

Not Eligible for a Refund

We cannot offer refunds when:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • You downloaded the product successfully.
  • You expected a feature that was not advertised.
  • The reason is based on preference or “not what I expected.”

⏳ Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Order number
  • Product purchased
  • Reason for the request

We will respond within 48 hours.
