🔄 Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)
Due to the nature of digital goods—where access is granted immediately after purchase—all sales are final.
However, we do offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible for a Refund
You may request a refund if:
- You purchased the same item more than once by accident.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your ebook or audiobook and our support team could not resolve it.
Not Eligible for a Refund
We cannot offer refunds when:
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- You downloaded the product successfully.
- You expected a feature that was not advertised.
- The reason is based on preference or “not what I expected.”
⏳ Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
